Hector Aleem writes about hidden agenda of ISI

Pakistan convened a grand conference of mainstream political parties to evolve consensus on national security policy and discuss proposal for talks with Taliban insurgents but what is the real agenda behind this conference? Agenda of the meeting was to bring peace and harmony in Pakistan and get rid of extremism and terrorism.

The resolution also states that “The Federal Government should consider the possibility of taking the drone issue to the United Nation as drone attacks are a violation of International Law. They also declared that we shall ourselves determine the means and mode of fighting this war in our national interest and shall not be guided by the United States of America or any other country in this regard” but the hidden agenda of ISI is to stop drone attacks and to have a complete hold on Afghanistan through Talibans.

ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence) and Pakistani politicians have a history of supporting and encouraging Talibans and other terrorist organizations. For example Khalid Khwaja an ISI officer in 1988 said in an interview to Asia Times Online that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif met Al Qaida Chief Osama Bin Laden thrice in Saudi Arabia. As per Khalid Khwaja’s Statement, he also stated “I joined my former Director General of ISI Gen Hameed Gull and played a role in forming the then Islamic Democratic Alliance consisting of the Pakistan Muslim League and the Jamaat-e-Islami.

Pakistan has been supporting Talibans and terrorism through ISI. The Generals and Chiefs of ISI are in constant connection with terrorists. The real agenda behind this conference is to empower and protect Talibans and to promote Talibanisation and Islamisation through Parliament of Pakistan, the statement of Khalid Khwaja and involvement of Nawaz Sharif in pro Taliban activities are examples of mind-sets of Pakistanis.

Other Politicians don’t need any introduction, e.g. Maulana Fazl ur Rehman and Maulana Sami Ul Haq are proud of recruiting Talibans in Pakistan. Hundreds of people including these politicians have performed Osama Bin Laden’s funeral prayers. They still address Osama Bin Laden as a Martyr.  Statements of Imran Khan and his Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) that all sanitation jobs should be given to the Christians shows their hate for Christians in Pakistan. Chief Minister of KPK Pervez Khatak further mentioned “the reason for this decision is because Muslims are holy and superior nation and Christians are untouchables and hateful Minority, that is why Muslims cannot do sanitation jobs and Christians on the other hand who are untouchables are perfect for that kind of job.” During a debate on budget in National Assembly, a parliament member of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaaf, Mr. Mujahid Ali Khan, demanded for the release of Mumtaz Qadri (the man who gunned down Governor of Punjab Mr. Salman Taseer just because he was supporting Asia Bibi who is facing death penalty in Jail due to a false blasphemy case). These are the prominent examples of Imran Khan’s hate for Christians and his discriminatory and pro-Taliban mind-set. Imran Khan is in fact a reincarnation of Osama Bin Laden or Osama Bin Laden in disguise.

About the mind sets; let’s have a look at another example, few days back, intelligence personnel of Pakistan arrested a student of Punjab University; who was found to be affiliated with Al Qaeda and eight more students have been arrested on the information provided by the detained. This is another example of Taliban mind set of a normal student studying in a university. Mullah Baradar who is a high commander of Taliban is soon going to be released by the Government of Pakistan. Talibans are continuing their activities in Pakistan. Shahid Ullah Shahid, spokesman of Tehreek e Taliban Pakistan (Taliban Movement Pakistan) welcomes the joint decision of All Party Conference which supported and agreed on dialogues with Taliban.

Pakistan is a country which is hungry for power since its inception. It wants to be the leader or the super power of South Asian region. Unfortunately, it’s the only Muslim nuclear power in the world and this makes it even famish for power. APC is Government of Pakistan’s step to strengthen Taliban and generate its power in the region.

89% Pakistanis support Talibans but the Government of Pakistan is afraid of international community that is why they are creating the drama of dialogue with Talibans but in reality, they are giving them license to kill which will impose Talibanisation in Pakistan and will make it a complete terrorist and Taliban state.

NOTE:

This article was written by Hector Aleem in 2013 when the government of Nawaz Sharif (the ruling prime minister of Pakistan) held an All Party Conference by inviting all political parties of Pakistan for dialogues with Taliban. This proves that 89% population of Pakistan is pro-Taliban, that ISI promotes Islamisation and Talibanisation and guides all parties and encourages them to support Taliban. In other words, ISI is ruling all over Pakistan.

Hector Aleem shares his personal experience in jail

ADIALA PRISON PAKISTAN’S VERY OWN ABU GHARIB – GUANTANAMO

I am sharing some important facts of Adiala Prison which is the model jail of Pakistan and is famous for its civilized condition, if this is the condition of civilized prison than you can imagine the condition of other prisons of Pakistan. This is only what I have seen during four years of my illegal detention for false accusations, what happened to me will be written in my next article.

Superintendent and deputy superintendent of Jail gathered all the Christian prisoners and in no uncertain terms ordered them to refrain from any religious activities including prayer sessions. The Christian prisoners, some of them having under graduate - post graduate academic qualifications were assigned janitorial duties simply because they were Christians. Those resisting such orders were warned of harsh punishment in the form of routine beating, torture and other inhumane acts if they did not toe the line. Those Christian prisoners that disobey such orders are beaten till they succumb to their injuries, The Above mentioned officials of Adiala Jail conveniently labeling such death in custody as‘Suicides’. In the absence of post mortem, how can it be determined whether the prisoner died a natural or injury inflicted death. Simply they ordered Christians to perform the dirty duty like toilet washing and gutter cleaning due to their faith.

Other Christian prisoners who are in fear cooperate with these officials by doing janitorial duties are not provided adequate safety equipment. The concept of gloves and proper footwear is alien to our comprehension. Such prisoners develop various skin related diseases eventually succumbing to their injuries without any compensation from the authorities.

The penal system was introduced by the civilized world to rehabilitate those who committed crimes. Prisons serve as a useful deterrent to crime as well as confining hardened criminals for extended periods of time thereby ensuring non repetition of crimes as well as ensuring the safety of law abiding citizens.

Undoubtedly criminals who do the crime must do the time; it is the period of detention as well as the quality of life of prisoners that differs worldwide. In developed nations, prisons are well managed by professionals who respect the fundamental rights of each prisoner. Prisoners are human being and have to be properly cared for during the entire period of their incarceration. First and foremost it is vital that prisoners are adequately fed and clothed. Religious freedom and visitation rights must be respected. If prisoners show keen interest in pursuing further education, the authorities must oblige. A reformed prisoner will be better able to re-adjust into society after serving his time. In developing countries however, prisons are misused for a variety of purposes. Innocent people are falsely accused by politicians, bureaucrats and law enforcement agencies of crimes they did not commit. It is such gross human rights violations that we like to highlight. The prison in question this time is not Abu Gharib orGuantanamo but our own Adiala Prison.

Adiala prison is located in Rawalpindi. It was originally designed to house inmates but now has more than five times that number. Cramped quarters, unhygienic living conditions, unpalatable food, inadequate healthcare facilities, absence of educational inducement, denial of religious freedom, routine torture, regular gang rape and sodomy both by wardens and hardened criminals, denial of visitation rights, confiscation of gifts and food from well-wishers are

Adiala has seen many wardens over the decades. Interestingly enough each new warden brazenly flouts the law more than his predecessor. Either the government has a special training camp where senior law enforcement officials receive training on how to excel in human rights violations or these wardens are chosen from a huge list of renowned sadists. According to my experience, even President and Prime Minister of Pakistan ignore any complaints against atrocious conditions in Adiala and prefer to ignore any plea. It seems the more complains direr the situation gets. Perhaps it’s the governments’ way of reminding that they are not prepared to except any criticism of their head handed tactics.

Christian prisoners who dare to air their grievances to the concerned authorities or for that matter human rights organizations or NGO’s face severe punishment from wardens who simply cannot tolerate whistle blowers. Just who do these prisoners turn to, to redress their grievances? Knowing the docile characteristics of Christians, wardens deliberately inflict more inhumane punishment on Christians simply to satisfy their ego as well as earn promotion for a job well done.

The Pakistan government and Pakistani electronic and print media is quick to point out the harsh treatment to prisoners in far away places like Abu Gharib or Guantanamo but prefer to close both eyes at the atrocities that occur in prisons within their own domain. The government fails to take into account that prisoners serving time in Abu Gharib or Guantanamo are war criminals or terrorists who have committed crimes against humanity and are meted out exemplary punishment, but the Christian prisoners here in Pakistan are neither terrorist nor war criminals and have never committed crimes against humanity in the name of religion or for that matter any other warped ideology. Christian prisoners are largely in prisons for minor crimes. Moreover these Christian prisoners are Pakistani citizens and deserve equal treatment as enshrined in the Constitution.

Access to prisoners to conduct proper investigation into their allegations is rare to say the least. The prison authorities will prevent outsiders from mingling with prisoners, least their deceptive and atrocious behavior will surface. Peace Worldwide want an immediate reinstatement of religious worship and regular prayer for Christians. Moreover all janitorial duties must be equally shared by all prisoners irrespective of their religious background. After all Muslim prisoners (who are in larger numbers in Adiala prison) are equally responsible for creating an unhygienic environment, so they are just as responsible for the clean up process.

Also, an access to hospital should be given to all those Christian prisoners who have suffered injuries due to the barbaric acts of prison authorities. We would also like to see all Christian prisoners provided proper healthcare facilities and are not subjected to further physical torture. An independent body should be created to oversee any human rights violations that occur in prisons all overPakistan. Prison Wardens and other officials must either be suspended or removed from service when they are found guilty of human rights violations. These same officials must serve time in the very prison they committed these violations. International organisations should be allowed to meet regularly with all prisoners especially Christian prisoners, to better understand first-hand the situation that currently exists in Adiala Prison.  Though it is difficult for them to let these organisations visit and point out the human rights violation in the prison but if somehow any international organisation visits, they make them visit the dummy places which are free of violation and any inhumane activity and give them EVERYTHING IS OKAY report.

Enough is enough. Christians are fed up with the discriminatory, despicable and unwarranted behavior of the Pakistani government, the law enforcement agencies as well as the Muslim masses of Pakistan. Up until now Christians have been quiet on all fronts preferring to maintain the status quo but such inaction has further deteriorated the basic rights of all Christians in Pakistan.

Pakistan now enjoys a front seat on the United Nations Human Rights Council. Exposing their dirty laundry on the international forum will certainly infuriate their politicians and will only further confirm Pakistan status as a nation of ‘Hypocrites’. We warn government of Pakistan to correct them and follow the right path and do what is written in the jail manual and what they show to the international organisations.

Is Pakistan prepared to live with such demeaning expletive? Will ‘Enlightened Moderation’ be further strengthened or weakened by continuous human rights violations that occur regularly in Pakistan. The time has come for the Pakistani Government as well as the people of Pakistan to embrace ‘One Nation – One People’ culture which is far more difficult for both the government of Pakistan, ISI and other agencies to digest. Christians will not any longer tolerate erosion in their birth rights and demand equal status as Citizens of Pakistan. Peace Worldwide want religious freedom for Christians of Pakistan and the right to practice their religion without continuous interference from Islamists and Government of Pakistan. We also want appropriate punishment for Muslims for similar crimes that Christians unnecessarily are incarcerated for. The socio-economic picture should register an overall improvement benefiting all Pakistani citizens, not just Muslims.

We strongly urge the Government of Pakistan as well as International Human Rights organizations to help improvePakistan’s poor human rights record. Religious extremism and racial vilification must be uprooted immediately. Senior government officials must refrain from personal prejudices while discharging their duties. Pakistan has very bad reputation. Christians would like to cooperate with the government and the people in improving the socio-economic situation, but more effort from government of Pakistan is required to achieve this objective.

Stop Islamisation of Schools in Pakistan

Muslims live in North America, Europe, Australia and other non-Muslim countries, but never have the education system in these countries ever tried to impose an alien religious subject on their children, nor have the Muslim children ever been brainwashed into believing that their religion is inferior to those of other religions. As a matter of fact all children in non-muslim countries are taught the importance of national unity, patriotism, love for humanity & economic development of their respective countries.

Here in Pakistan, since the last 65 years special emphasis is given to Islamayat (Islamic studies) in all educational institutions from primary to under-graduate level. Diverse subject such as Mathematics, Science, Geography, History and even language subjects such as Urdu, Punjabi and Sindhi have Islamic concoction in them. Alternative subjects such as Civics & Ethics are given little or no importance and even in these subjects, 75% teaching of Islam is present. This is well and okay if all the students in Pakistan come from Islamic backgrounds – What happens to children from Christian backgrounds? What alternative subjects are taught to them that do not include Islam? I am afraid the answer to the above two questions is not positively reassuring.

Islamic Studies is taught to Christian children from Kindergarten level and when these children reach the upper primary level, they are reasonably brainwashed by then into believing that Islam is the only superior religion and that their belief in Christ or Christianity is wrong-the Holy Bible unlike the Holy Quran has been amended and due to this fact it is no longer accurate and an inferior religion. Teachers also coax these Christian children (05 years old and above) to renounce Christianity & embrace Islam to redeem themselves from sin and promises of a place in paradise. Our Christian children when at home pose serious & misinterpreted questions to their parents about the activities that took place in their respective school and begin to question their faith creating an atmosphere or uncertainty, alienation & inferiority complex which later in life causes entrenched doubts about their religious convictions and even a switch to Islam, based on the earlier misinterpreted version imparted by their Islamic Studies teachers. It is no secret that these Islamic Studies teachers are in fact aggressively promoting Islam with the tacit approval of their respective educational hierarchy, which is turn are taking their instructions from the Government. Is this approach correct?

Let’s take another example. There was a hue & cry in France about the issue of Muslim female students not allowed to wear the scarf while in School. The Government of France made it amply clear that all students in France must follow rules & regulations and that the dress code did not include religious insignia or restrictions. The point is that Muslim prefers to adhere to their religious values in non-muslim countries but force Islamic value to non-Muslims in their own countries. Why the double standard? Can Pakistani Government justifiably prove that Islam is in fact more superior to other religion? Pakistani print and electronic media always claim that the Holy Quran explicitly forbids Muslims from discriminating against other religions. Why then the unnecessary discrimination? Pakistani Government boast about the rising number of converts to Islam but in reality, other religions are not allowed to flourish, instead other religions are demonized here. Pakistani government never provides a level playing field and usually resorts to unethical & provocative methods to inflict physiological torture on Christians.

Religion can never be forced onto others, we the Christians in Pakistan are guaranteed religious freedom both by the Constitution of Pakistan as well as the United Nations (Pakistan is a veteran member of the United Nations) but this guarantee only exists on paper – the reverse is actually applicable.

To compound problems Islamic studies is taught in the Arabic language – once again an alien and irrelevant language both for Muslim & Christian students alike, whom face extreme difficulty in comprehending this language. Then there are a few schools that teach Civics or Ethics instead of Islamic Studies but it becomes difficult for children whom are studying these particular subjects to successfully pass their examinations. This is another hand twisting methods adopted by the educators into compelling students from opting out of Civics/Ethics in favor of Islamic Studies.

Interestingly enough Christian students, who complete Islamic Studies examinations, are given good grades, even though they may not have made a serious attempt to pass.

Peace Worldwide strongly urges the Government of Pakistan both at Federal & Provincial level to cease teaching Islamic Studies to Christians, instead appoint teachers from Christian background to teach Holy Bible to Christian students. This will improve the unemployment situation for the Christians, create an atmosphere of tolerance & brotherhood and will give Christians a sense of security- sorely missing in Pakistan.

Pakistani Christians applaud the Government into allowing Aga Khan Board to be established; similarly we recommend that a Christian Board too be created to facilitate children from Christian background.
Forcibly eradicating other religious values & beliefs will only create an atmosphere of distrust, contempt, intolerance, discrimination & loss of self-esteem, a situation currently in existence here in Pakistan. Wake up Government of Pakistan before it is too late.

Christians go to court for protection

ISLAMABAD, April 4: An Emmanuel Church Committee on Monday moved a petition in the Islamabad High Court (IHC), asking for protection and security as it plans to construct a church in sector G-8/2.

IHC Chief Justice Iqbal Hameed-ur-Rehman is likely to take up on Tuesday the petition filed by the committee through Nazir Masih, its president.
Making chairman Capital Development Authority, Inspector General and Senior Superintendent of Islamabad police respondents, the committee through its lawyer Abdul Hafeez Amjad prayed to the court for security for construction of the church on a “lawfully allotted plot”.
In the petition, Pastor Masih has maintained that certain “extremist elements” have been averse to the construction of the church, adding that he felt threatened.
According to the petition, the CDA on October 22, 2002 allotted a plot measuring 100 x 200 square yards near PARC Colony for the construction of church for the followers of the Emmanuel Church in Islamabad.Pastor Masih applied for the plot way back in 1972.
He got the physical possession of the plot in October 2002.
When the committee submitted construction plan of the church with the Capital Development Authority for final approval, the petition said some “practical difficulties such as threats of cancellation of the allotted plot” started emerging.
It said cases were filed against the construction of the church. But all cases have been dismissed by the courts, the petition said.
An appeal against the dismissal of cases had also been turned down on July 30, 2005.
But the petition said after clearing all legal hurdles whenever the petitioner started construction work, “either its construction material was removed or the deployed labour was threatened by the some persons from nearby mosque.”
Meanwhile, Justice Mohammad Anwar Khan Kasi of the Islamabad High Court reserved verdict on a bail plea of Raja Aftab-ul-Islam, a former joint secretary of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, in the Haj scam case.
Raja Aftab has been accused of being co-signatory with Rao Shakeel, former DG Haj, of all contracts for hiring expensive and ill-equipped residences for Pakistani pilgrims.
In his bail plea, the former secretary has maintained that Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) could not find any evidence against him in the case as no abnormal transaction had been traced through his accounts.

Blasphemy Tension Rising in Pakistan

Pakistan is very famous due to an infamous law known as Blasphemy law. This Law is mostly used to trap Christians, and after trapping them they are given death sentence. This charge carries death penalty, in this law there is no evidence required. The Court does not accept any evidence which favors the accused. The trial is always one sided and the Court always gives decision against the accused. Asia Bibi who used to live in a small village of Pakistan was arrested due to that Blasphemy offence. She was wrongly accused due to personal grudge by a group of Muslim women in the village. She has been jailed for 18 months and was sentenced Nov. 8 to hang for insulting Islam's Prophet Mohammed. Governor of Punjab Mr. Salman Taseer met Asia Bibi in jail and said that he will personally forward the request of freeing Asia Bibi to President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari. Her lawyer has filed an appeal with the Lahore High Court, and President Asif Ali Zardari has decided to let the appeal process play out instead of immediately pardoning her. Pardoning Asia Bibi can be very dangerous for President Asif Ali Zardari as there are many demonstrations being held in Pakistan. Governor of Punjab Slaman Taseer said that this Blasphemy law is always used wrongly and it is a black law. But due to this statement of Salman Taseer there are many protests against him outside the Governor house. Muslims are saying that he is also a blasphemer and he must be hanged too along with Asia Bibi. About 100 Muslim demonstrators rallied Thursday in the central city of Multan, warning against any presidential pardon for Bibi and burning an effigy of the Punjab provincial governor who has supported her appeal. There are some members of Parliament of Pakistan who are thinking about amending the blasphemy law. "We will resist if the government moves against the court verdict and attempts to amend the blasphemy law," warned Tariq Naeemullah, a leader of Citizen Front of Multan.
In this situation there is no one in Pakistan with Asia Bibi except for governor of Punjab Salman Taseer, few members of parliament and Pakistani Christians. But there are many in Pakistan who are against Asia Bibi, there will be a huge protest on 26th of November and there is a very strong possibility that this protest will be violent and other Christians in Pakistan will suffer from that protest. Not only Pakistani Muslim Public but almost everyone from government of Pakistan is against Asia Bibi.

“If Asia Bibi is released then there will be strong consequences.” Warned Head of Pakistan Muslim League Party (Q) Ch. Shujat Ahmed.

“Asia Bibi Should be hanged till death” said female politicians of Pakistan

“Asia Bibi is in jail and will remain in jail until she is hanged” said superintendent of Central Jail Sheikupura Pakistan.

Dozens of Christians held their own protest in the southern city of Karachi, carrying a large crucifix and placards reading "Down with Black Law" and "Stop Discrimination against Religious Minorities." Pakistan's higher courts have always struck down lower courts' death penalties in past blasphemy cases. Still, many who are falsely accused are unjustly jailed for months and often targeted by violence. Two Christian brothers (one of them was a Pastor) in Punjab were gunned down earlier this year as they were leaving a court hearing on a blasphemy charge. Hector Aleem who is a Human Rights Activist in Pakistan was also accused wrongly due to that Blasphemy law on January 2009. There were some extremists who first destroyed a Church and when Hector Aleem raised the voice for that Church then they accused him falsely to back him off. Peace Worldwide is currently not in working situation because the Chairman of Peace Worldwide Mr. Hector Aleem is in jail due that false Blasphemy case. We are sure that if Hector Aleem was out and Peace Worldwide was in working condition then we would have done a lot for Asia Bibi and she would have been released by now. Because Peace Worldwide not just posts news and photos of victims, we actually help the victims. PWW is not like other organizations, we are not afraid of anyone and we can do anything to help the victims. Why anyone from any organization is not jailed or hurt? Because these organizations do not work for Human Rights but for themselves. Hector Aleem is still in jail, its time for all of us to act for Hector Aleem. Please do not wait for the same thing to happen to Hector Aleem. Its time to act for the victims of Blasphemy, also please keep praying for Hector Aleem and Asia Bibi. Write to Government Officials of Pakistan and your Country about Hector Aleem and Asia Bibi. Remember all victims of Blasphemy in your prayers. Also check out this video in which Mullahs are gathered outside the Court of Hector Aleem. They are chanting slogans against Hector Aleem and Christianity.

History Of Peace Worldwide

Peace worldwide was established in 1996. It is a Christian organization working for human rights since 1996 without any discrimination but as a human rights activist Mr. Hector has faced many problems. His residence was looted in Karachi he then left Karachi with his family and shifted to Islamabad here he again started his work and established school for in which most of the students were Muslims. Then the Islamists attacked him in school and tried to kill him. Then he was again attacked by Muslim leaders they wanted to involve him in 295 BC, In this attack his leg was fractured. He also received a threat letter from an unknown person in which he wrote that Hector is working for America and he is an American agent and they will kill him and make his wife and daughters Muslim. Then on 3rd of August 2004 a false case was registered against Mr. Hector for which he spent three months in prison and during this period the fundamentalists closed his school permanently and destroyed his office. Mr. Hector started his work once again. But again the fundamentalists tried to trap him because he was handling the church destroying case. Now they trapped him in blasphemy case because it is impossible to come out of jail in blasphemy offence. I want all of you to pressurize the government because the government is now not giving any response they are now saying that the blasphemy offence has finished and now other cases have opened.

  • Why other cases have opened? So that he cannot come out?
  • Why is he being tortured without any offence?
  • The mullahs are not letting him out. And now the government is in pressure of the mullahs.
  • If the government is in pressure of mullahs then how Hector can be saved? They could kill him during the investigation in lockup.
  • Why other FIRs are lodging against him while he is in police custody?
  • Are we living in the civilized world?
  • Are Christian leaders safe in Pakistan?
  • If Christian leaders are not safe then how can the public be safe?
  • Why national, international human rights organizations and Christian organizations silent?

Hector has served poor and oppressed people of Pakistan during his work. I want all of you to pray for him. And pressurize the government to release him and assure the safety of his and his family’s life.
